Acetabular cup PAVI™

The titanium alloy PAVI™ HAP Press Fit cup is a cementless acetabular replacement solution.

A bioactive titanium-hydroxyapatite coating is applied using a vacuum plasma spray technique with an excellent industrial control.

	The cup has been designed for intraoperative use and to be used interchangeably (intraoperative decision) with: - a Biolox Delta ceramic insert made of high purity alumina secured by a conical assembly ; - an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene insert, impacted by an indented crown.

	Its stability in rotation and tilting is ensured through equatorial fins and tropical spikes (HAP version) or additional screwing (HAP screw version).

	Over 12 years of published clinical follow-up on the association of a ceramic/ceramic friction and a cementless fixation with bilayer coating.
